Using the website

These terms apply when you browse the website or place an order. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms and any instructions shown during the ordering process.

Orders may be placed by adult customers only. You confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and that the information you provide is accurate. Products that require a prescription will be supplied only when the required prescription has been received and accepted.

Prices, delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown on the website or at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to your order, unless there is an obvious error. We may correct pricing, product or availability errors and may contact you before processing an affected order.

Submitting an order

When you submit an order, you are making a request to buy the selected products. An order is accepted when confirmation is sent or displayed. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, required information is missing, a prescription cannot be verified, payment is not authorised, or an obvious error has occurred.

Paying for your purchase

Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before the order is prepared for dispatch. If payment is declined, reversed or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use. Additional checks may be carried out to protect customers and prevent unauthorised transactions.

Dispatch and delivery

Delivery destinations, charges and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout. Delivery may be affected by product availability, prescription verification, payment checks, weather, transport conditions or events outside reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for making suitable arrangements to receive the parcel. Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened, tampered with or contains the wrong product, keep the packaging and contact the Contact page for assistance.

Changing your mind

You may ask to cancel an order within the period set by applicable law. A request made before dispatch may also be considered where processing has not been completed. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been dispatched or where cancellation is restricted for health, safety or prescription reasons.

To request cancellation, provide the order details and reason through the Contact page. Any cancellation and related payment reversal will be handled according to applicable law and the information shown at checkout.

Sending items back

Returns may be requested within the period set by applicable law. Products should normally be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and stored as directed. For health and safety reasons, opened medicines or products with broken seals may not be eligible for return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or does not match the confirmed order, contact the Contact page for assistance. Approved refunds are made using the original payment method, subject to any checks required and within the period set by applicable law.

Medicines and health advice

Information on the website does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. You should follow the instructions of your doctor and the package leaflet, including directions about dosage, use, storage, warnings and possible side effects.

Do not start, stop or change a medicine based only on website information. Ask a doctor or pharmacist if you have questions, use other medicines, have an allergy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or experience unexpected symptoms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by events outside reasonable control, misuse of a product, inaccurate information supplied by the customer or failure to follow medical or product instructions. We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will apply to future use of the website and future orders once published on the website. The terms that applied when an order was accepted will continue to apply to that order, unless a change is required by applicable law.
